The World Master Baker

EVA Air has teamed up with Wang Peng-Chieh to bring the amazing taste of the master baker's Lychee and Strawberry Bread to Royal Laurel Class passengers on long-haul flight. Wang uses special sourdough proven for 18 hours, resulting in a perfectly chewy and moist texture. He also adds carefully selected local ingredients from Taiwan. including dried strawberries and raspberries, as well as walnuts soaked in lychee liqueur, to create a delicately sweet, fruity and crisp flavor.
