Taking place at various venues in Taipei City,
the 18th Taipei Arts Festival will revolve around
the curatorial concept of "Art Can Change
Lives." Artists from France, Germany, New
Zealand, the UK, Italy, Japan, South Korea and
Taiwan will explore politics, history, ethnicity,
and gender through music, theater, dance, and
cirque nouveau performances.
