Designed by Japanese architect Sou Fujimoto, Kaum by Potato
Head in Hong Kong offers authentic Indonesian cuisine drawing
on the culinary heritage of Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi,
and Bali. To stay as true to indigenous traditions as possible, the
restaurant has a lava-stone grill for stuffed bamboo dishes, a pit
oven for roasting suckling pig, and a satay grill.
