Recently we asked Xiao to develop new
menus for 2016. He continues his

Story
Island
{
Global
”
theme with papercuts
based on the four seasons: leaf veins to
represent the vitality of spring, waves to
symbolize the sea in summer, feathers for
autumn, and brilliant stars that represent
transition and renewal in winter.
The new menus are available in Business
Class, Elite Class, and Economy Class
cabins.
