EVA Air is celebrating the start of 2016
and the arrival of the Chinese New
Year with special dishes created by
renowned Kyoto chef Motokazu
Nakamura. Business class passengers
aboard EVA Air flights to Osaka and
Tokyo w i l l be ab l e t o en j oy t he
celebratory meals January 1–3 and
February 8–10.
Chef Nakamura has selected exceptional
ingredients for his New Year cuisine,
known as
osechi-ryōri
in Japanese.
