The largest piece of sculptural art in the

Olympic Park. Built in 2012 for the
London Olympics, the 114.5m-tall
structure was designed by artist Anish
Kapoor and structural engineer Cecil
Balmond. A 178m-long slide circles
around the tower 12 times. The world’s
highest and longest slide, it has been
open to the public since June 24.
