may drop your luggage at the exclusive online check-in
baggage counter, then proceed directly to security and

PRINTING A CONFIRMATION SLIP

If you are not eligible to print your own boarding
pass, you can print a confirmation slip after
checking in online from 24 hours up to 3 hours
before departure. Scan the confirmation slip at a
kiosk at the airport to obtain your boarding pass,
then drop your luggage at the online check-in
baggage counter.

EVA Air has installed dedicated Hello Kitty kiosks at
Taoyuan International Airport Terminal 2, alongside
check-in counter No.11. These specially designed
kiosks are part of the Hello Kitty experience and can
be used by passengers waiting to board one of EVA
Air’s new Hello Kitty jets.
Passengers departing from London Heathrow Terminal 2 may make use
of the baggage self-tagging service. While checking in at the kiosk, enter
the number of bags you want to check. Please attach the labels as
instructed, then drop the luggage where directed. Remember to keep the
receipts in a safe place.
