BEACHSIDE BATHING
Situated in Seminyak, the views from The Legian’s 67 suites —
created by celebrated Indonesian designer Jaya Ibrahim — place a
private stretch of beach front and center, while the three-tiered
swimming pool overlooks some of the island’s most perfect
panoramas.
The day starts with an early-morning yoga session, which
sees guests perform their sun salutations with the sand between
their toes. Then, having spread a towel on a lounger ready for an
afternoon sunbathing session, the next stop is the spa, where
handcrafted massage oils made with indigenous plants —
including lemongrass and

, which can sooth sore muscles
— feature in a range of massage options, all performed at one of
the beachfront treatment rooms.
